I have worked in nonprofits for over 30 years, in a variety of sectors and positions throughout Greater Boston. I have served as interim executive director in a variety of situations that called for different needs and have been the first CFO/Operations Director in several situations. I create smart systems that link the goals and needs of finance, HR, program and facilities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
