Code of Ethics

We will:
  • Conduct ourselves in an ethical and honest manner
  • Fairly and accurately represent our qualifications and credentials
  • Promote our clients' welfare and interests
  • Keep client information in strict confidence during and after the assignment
  • Accept only engagements for which we are qualified by experience and competence
  • Agree on scope/objectives, time frame, and fees prior to accepting an assignment
  • Identify and disclose potential conflicts of interest
  • Exercise objectivity and integrity when reviewing the work of another professional

Organizational Structure

Meeting Minutes


History

In the early 1990s, a meeting of nonprofit organizational leaders and consultants to nonprofits was convened in Boston. The purpose of this meeting was to identify the consulting needs of nonprofits, to bring nonprofit consulting talent to the fore, and to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration.
