Diane has over 40 years of experience in nonprofit executive management, leadership, and consulting. She specializes in organizational assessment, strategic planning, evaluation, outcome measurement, and leadership development. She works with a broad range of nonprofits, intermediaries and foundations, bringing the unique perspective of manager, consultant, and funder. Prior to establishing an independent consulting practice in 2005, Diane was the Executive Director of Management Consulting Services, the National Coordinator of Resident Leadership Initiatives for NeighborWorks America, and the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Tenants Organization.
