Impact Collaborative focuses on nonprofit organizations that want to increase their effectiveness by building their leadership and governance capacities.  We offer consulting services to individual or organizational clients and workshops to organizations or funders that are trying to increase the knowledge base of their members or grantees.

The firm's principal, Diane Franklin, Ph.D., is an experienced nonprofit executive and consultant, with a strong business and research background.  She has consulted to nonprofits for more than 8 years.  Prior to becoming a consultant, Diane served as the executive director for two nonprofits concerned with entrepreneurial development.
